Hi All, We needs tasks in hours not days so I changed the taks content type form days to hours and days. Thats works fine within SharePoint online. However sync to Outlook does not work who we work in SharePoint and a task od 1 hour becomes a task of 1 day. I loses the date property. How can we fix this?

Hi DDLS, You are right with your test, we must be a Site Owner or have full control permissions to share a document with external users. In order to share sites and documents without over-sharing, it’s recommended you first read the best practice below: http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/office365-sharepoint-online-small-business-help/manage-sharing-with-external-users-HA102849862.aspx#_Toc336605370 It’s not feasible for a user to assign read permission by default when sharing a document. We've checked your domain setup with our tools and can confirm that your domain configurations are now correct for Exchange Online and Lync Online services. In this situation, actually you can ignore the "Complete Setup" promote, and start to use Exchange Online mailboxes and Lync service. If you encounter any specific problem with these services, don't hesitate to post back. In addition, to fix the "Complete Setup" promote, beside use the link we provided above, you can right click on the "Complete Setup" option and copy the link URL, paste the link URL in a new tab and try to navigate to it. Hi Sarah, Sorry for the delay response. After some researches, I find your sender IP address is in 3 rd -party blacklist which may lead to the redirected emails rejected by Hotmail and Aim. You can try to add your sender email address to safe list in Hotmail and send email straightly to Hotmail email address to see whether it is rejected. If yes, we suggest you to contact Hotmail for support. If not, you can ask your admin to trace the email using Message Trace in EAC. Please provide the screenshot of the message trace result as is shown below. You can click Use rich formatting when replying and then click the Insert image button. To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message. You can provide the message headers by replying to it. To access the private message, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to the your details section on the right side of the community site. 2. Click Private Messages. 3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
